Warranty

E-Lux Electric Bikes have one of the best warranty programs in the business. Front to back e-bike coverage for two years (entire e-bike, excluding tires and tubes). Electric battery coverage: Five years limited coverage; first two years, repair or replace; year three through five, if replacement is needed, replacement cost will be prorated.*

 * Warranty covers defects in quality of parts and workmanship. Warranty does not cover brake pads, tubes, or tires. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, user damage, or damage caused by abuse or modifications.

NOTE: All E-Lux Battery cells are manufactured by Samsung or Panasonic -- the highest quality and highest density cells available.
